About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our teams due to ongoing growth. You will work with adolescents and adults with various diagnoses and presentations in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment to improve clients' mental health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions.
  • Conduct assessments for participants of all ages and abilities.
  • Develop and monitor interventions and strategies for managing behaviours of concern.
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Complete reports and work towards goals within NDIS plans.
About You / Qualifications
  • NDIS Registered Practitioner who aligns with our values.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Assessed by the NDIS as Core or above as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
