Job Opportunity

Pacific National is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process and continuous improvement, with the ability to build business relationships and lead change in challenging environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a customer-centric culture, fostering deep employee engagement, and promoting a continuous improvement culture within the organization. They will also deliver bespoke continuous improvement projects, manage project governance, and form alliances with various teams to drive business improvement.

Key skills required include superior analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly acquire technical knowledge. Experience with Lean certification, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project is highly regarded. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience assembling multidisciplinary project teams, planning and facilitating team workshops, and solving complex problems.
