We're seeking an experienced AI Product Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering production-grade AI solutions that drive business success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI or digital products, with experience working closely with data scientists and ML engineers. You will be expected to own the product vision for key AI capabilities, shape roadmaps, and set feature priorities. Additionally, you will work across teams to bring prototypes into production, translating business needs into ML/AI product opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Product Vision: Own the product vision for key AI capabilities, focusing on GenAI, Agentic AI, and applied machine learning.
  • Team Collaboration: Work across data science and engineering teams to bring prototypes into production.
  • Roadmap Development: Shape roadmaps, set feature priorities, and track performance post-launch.
  • Business Alignment: Translate business needs into ML/AI product opportunities and influence stakeholders to align product direction with business strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in AI or digital products, or technical delivery roles.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with data scientists and/or ML engineers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator who can bridge technical + business thinking.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of AI/ML and fluency in Agile and iterative delivery practices.
