About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our team as a front desk coordinator. Working closely with a national administration team to support business functions whilst performing reception duties from the office.

This is a full-time position based in the office, working 9-5 Monday-Friday.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing Incoming telephone enquiries and passing on messages as required.
  • Managing bookings and rescheduling for services.
  • Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set.
  • Organising interpreter / AUSLAN services as required.
  • Ownership of site presentation, cleanliness and events preparation.
  • Completing site audits as required.
  • Listening and taking appropriate action from voicemail requests.
  • Reviewing and forwarding faxes as required.
  • Creating and updating electronic records for existing clients.
  • Assisting with reporting as required.
  • Other additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)
  • Previous health knowledge or experience in the disability sector (desired, but not essential)
  • Friendly, personable nature able to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately both in spoken and written communication
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new information
  • Skills in task prioritisation and multitasking
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to monitor personal workload and manage own time
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Hold or be willing to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children or Vulnerable Person Check
