Strategic Workforce Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Manager to administer the Genesys Cloud platform, ensuring exceptional customer experience through effective intraday workforce management and contact centre planning.
This is a 12-month fixed term position with potential for extension or permanency. The ideal candidate will have recent experience with rostering and scheduling, as well as strong analytical skills to provide accurate short- and long-term forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage telephony operations to ensure stability and efficiency
- Adjust schedules to meet changing customer demand
- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to support business growth
Australian Citizenship is required. Experience with Genesys Cloud is highly regarded.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- 3+ years of experience in workforce management, preferably in a contact centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
