Workforce Planning Specialist

Job Summary:

Ambulance Victoria is seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to provide specialist advice and guidance on remuneration and conditions of employment.

 

About the Role:

The Workforce Planner will identify trends in workforce demographic and establishment data, monitor performance of workforce models, and develop improved techniques for modelling and forecasting workforce resource requirements.

The role involves liaising with stakeholders across Ambulance Victoria to understand key drivers of workforce trends and developing and maintaining workforce models to inform annual budget development.

 

About You:

To be considered, you will possess a degree in Economics or Mathematics, or relevant industry certification, with proven subsequent experience. You will have demonstrated analytical ability, including experience in research techniques and statistical methods, as well as well-developed conceptual, analytical, and research skills.

You must also have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise, consult, and present information to a diverse range of stakeholders.
