Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable VIP Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves connecting with high-value clients, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing up to 350 players through online chat and maintaining trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients.
  • Understanding client objectives and decision-making processes to form long-term partnerships.
  • Actively managing assigned accounts from start to finish, including relationship management and enquiry follow-through.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service, excellent communication and writing skills, and proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
