Job Summary

This role focuses on optimizing commercial operations and unlocking value through efficient contract management.

  • Diligently manage the entire contract lifecycle to guarantee terms, conditions, and obligations are well-understood and fulfilled.
  • Create, review, and finalize a variety of commercial documents including contracts, amendments, confidentiality agreements, and termination letters.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers (e.g., spend analysis, rebate tracking, contract status).
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure all eligible rebates are tracked, claimed, and reported accurately.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to contract management processes, tools, and templates.
  • Provide administrative support across procurement and commercial functions.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in contract management within procurement or commercial settings is essential.
  • A strong ability to draft and manage contract documentation is crucial.
  • Effective communication—both written and verbal—is vital for engaging with internal teams and external partners.
  • The capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment is necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams is expected.
