We are seeking a seasoned professional to establish and optimize our contract management framework, driving the development of Contract Management Plans (CMPs) into our tools.

This key role involves leading the transition from reactive to proactive contract management, ensuring that all contractual data is meticulously organized to maximize value.

You will oversee daily contractual correspondence, provide strategic leadership in contract governance, and enhance planning processes to mitigate risks and manage contracts effectively. Your efforts will directly support long-term operational success.

About This Opportunity

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial contract management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other contract management tools
  • Critically analyze issues and opportunities with a commercial lens and provide viable options and recommendations
  • Presentation skills: ability to present issues and opportunities clearly
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders
