We are seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to join our team in the Chief Operations Office. The ideal candidate will develop, refine and implement contract management processes for the Parramatta Light Rail project.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end contract activities across the sub branch to ensure contracts align with government priorities and strategic directions.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across services including safety, asset management, journey time optimization, customer information provision, and contract compliance.
- Provide targeted support in contract management, service variations, and contract documentation to ensure suppliers meet their contractual obligations.
- Develop and implement leading-edge contract management processes with the Contract Management team to optimize supplier relationships and contract compliance.
- Participate in effective delivery of sourcing capability through commercial contract execution activities to develop and refine contract management strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract management and negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
