We are working with a long-established Residential Buyer's Agency team to enhance their services. If you are a current Buyer's Agent looking to progress your career or want to transition from Residential Real Estate Sales to Buyer's Agency, this could be an excellent opportunity.

This role offers an easy transition into a Buyer's Agent role with a strong chance of success. You will benefit from extensive support, training, and mentorship provided by two non-competing Directors and a highly skilled Buyers Agent. The team focuses on purchases for investors and has a comprehensive Property Management division to maintain strong connections with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients already signed with the office
  • Nurture existing relationships with referral partners
  • Build networks with new referral partners
  • Develop relationships with agents for off-market opportunities
  • Sourcing & inspecting suitable properties for purchase
  • Negotiating purchases of property, including bidding at auction

Requirements:

  • Experience working in residential sales or buyer's agency
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Exceptional understanding of the Sydney Real Estate market
  • Ability to foster strong client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation skills, including auction experience
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
