Senior Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Centre Manager to join our team. As a Senior Centre Manager at CBRE, you will be responsible for managing a retail portfolio of shopping centres for one key client.

The successful candidate will be based onsite at Penrith Homemaker Centre with monthly visits to another site located in Port Stephens. The role involves efficient management of the centres, protecting investment performance, ensuring tenancy and lease management, and leading an onsite team consisting of Facilities Management, Marketing, and Administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing centre operations to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining relationships with tenants, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Preparing cash flow budgets and conducting weekly site visits
  • Providing regular centre performance updates to the client

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, the ability to adapt to change, and advanced communication skills. Previous experience as a Centre Manager within a retail environment and a Real Estate Licence are highly desirable.
