Retail Experience Manager

We are evolving our retail portfolio into vibrant destinations that offer a mix of retail, residential, and office spaces.

Our Retail Experience Manager plays a key role in supporting retailers' success and driving growth for both the retailers and shopping centre.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage annual performance cycles, conduct regular team meetings, and development conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Leadership: Manage performance issues, ensure compliance training is completed on time, and lead by example.
  • Marketing Management: Develop and execute marketing strategies that create value and deliver ROI, plan and execute strategic campaigns, activations, and projects.
  • Retailer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with retailers, maintain regular communication, and respond promptly to customer feedback.
