About the Workforce Coordination Role

The Workforce Coordination Officer will oversee and manage the execution of workforce-related activities, including recruitment coordination, and broader workforce projects and initiatives for nursing and midwifery vacancies across clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of workforce-related activities
  • Manage administrative operations with expertise in communication and stakeholder liaison
  • Develop high-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Establish and sustain relationships with team members and staff at all levels
  • Work autonomously to plan, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and be adaptable in a team work environment

Requirements:

  • Be vaccinated against certain vaccine-preventable diseases as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
