Leadership Opportunity for Airport Operations

This leadership opportunity is a unique chance to lead and manage the daily operations of a regional airport, ensuring that strategic goals are achieved.

The role requires strong leadership and management skills, with experience in operational environments and significant people management responsibility. You will need to demonstrate success in managing disputes, grievances, investigations, and performance management, as well as possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will also be responsible for driving strategy design and continuous improvement by challenging existing business practices to enhance sustainability and efficiency, while managing for all third-party Client Airlines and having accountability for all Customer Service issues relating to contracting agreements.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of industrial relations practices and human resources policies and procedures, as well as being commercially focused with the ability to correctly assess the impact of decisions on business outcomes.
