Becoming a Customer Service Officer at Bendigo Bank means being part of a community-focused team that helps customers achieve their financial goals. This role will challenge and reward you, with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, educating customers on our online platforms and tools, and recommending products and services to help them achieve their goals.
This role is based in Wandin-Seville, and you will be working a full-time roster of 76 hours per fortnight. You will have the training and support you need to succeed in this role.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in a customer service environment, demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results, and the ability to confidently communicate with customers face-to-face and over the telephone.
You will be eager to understand and share with others what makes our bank different, and have experience in the banking and finance industry - although this is not essential. If you are a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this role.
