Customer Service Professional

Key Responsibilities:
As the Customer Banking Specialist Relief based out of the Commonwealth Bank, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting customers with their banking needs. This will include having in-depth conversations with customers to understand their overall banking requirements, supporting customers with enquiries and account maintenance, and providing options for customers through education and demonstration of in-branch technology and digital banking options. You will also be responsible for problem solving and providing effective solutions while championing the bank's processes and procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way. Additionally, you will need to be able to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do. You will also need to be able to work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment while seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutions. A genuine interest in building a career with the Commonwealth Bank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of customers is also essential.
