About The RoleAs the HR Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. Your expertise will be vital in driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and compliance with legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR leadership to align business objectives with the People strategy
- Support Business Department leaders with HR impact analysis and cost management
- Lead the recruitment process and develop targeted learning and development programs
- Drive employee engagement through reward and recognition programs
- Oversee core HR programs such as KPI setting, performance management, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation, including award interpretation and payroll
- Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records
- Experienced HR Manager with a focus on talent management, employee relations and compliance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proven ability to translate strategic HR objectives into operational plans
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability
- Approachable, flexible, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with Awards and industrial relations is highly desirable
