About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Pro AV Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's objectives and target markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments through ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience at corporate and executive level
  • Background in the AV/IT/Technology industries
  • Proven history in seeking, developing, managing, and maintaining business relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and ethics
  • Methodical approach, attention to detail, and strategic thinking
  • Socially aware, well-mannered, and considerate
