Financial Services Consultant: Home Lending and Investment

As a Financial Services Consultant, you'll work with our Commercial Home and Investment Lending Manager/s to support customers in saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property. Your role is to coach customers through each step of the journey, ensuring their experience with us is seamless.
You'll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with experienced Home Lenders to provide dedicated support to our more complex customers. Your responsibilities will include managing customer communication, loan enquiries, collating and submitting applications, and providing education on digital solutions.
This role requires someone with strong customer focus, home lending and retail banking experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
What Does Success Look Like?
In this role, success is measured by your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet sales targets, and maintain relationships with existing customers. You'll be responsible for adhering to our policies, processes, and standards, while also staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.

Salary Range:
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
