**Job Description:**
The role of Audit and Risk Governance Specialist is a critical part of ensuring the effective governance of an organization. The position provides secretariat services to the Audit and Risk Committee, coordinates the internal audit program, and supports related governance processes.
This work involves providing administrative support to the committee, coordinating audits, developing and implementing tasks and workflows with high accuracy, evaluating measures to maintain a program of work on track, and responding to change, identifying potential issues, and providing effective solutions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- High level of administrative skills, including coordination, planning, and organizational abilities;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate risks;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior executives and other stakeholders;
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and cooperation;
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
