Human Resources plays a vital role in supporting our organisation, encompassing talent acquisition, performance and remuneration, learning and organisational development, talent management, diversity and culture, workplace relations, and Business Unit HR advice and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, working closely with subject matter experts and technical teams to ensure an end-to-end view.
- Translate business needs into functional solutions, leveraging knowledge of system capabilities, limitations, and interplay of systems and processes.
- Document solutions in an options paper for business review and approval.
- Develop and implement Workday changes, including test script writing, execution, and analysis of results.
- Provide support to HR Direct and business owners in troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes.
- Analyse system release documentation, explore new/changed functionality, and make recommendations on potential adoption.
- Maintain and develop understanding of processes and functionality across the Platform.
- Identify risks and controls across the Platform we support.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Experience in Configuring Workday to Business Requirements, preferably in areas of Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to write and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work with competing priorities, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Background in HR systems, processes, and policies.
