We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join our team at Kainos Group Plc. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Workday HCM solutions for our customers
  • Lead project workstreams and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Build relationships with customers and understand their business needs
  • Provide excellent guidance to customers and support more junior team members
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Workday HCM products and services
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM products and services
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Ability to lead a functional workstream on a prime implementation throughout the full project lifecycle
Desirable Qualifications
  • Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll Certification
  • Professional qualifications in a relevant area of expertise
  • Experience in post-deployment services
