Charger Logistics Inc is seeking a highly skilled Workday Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our Workday Financials system, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the maintenance of Workday Financials configuration, including setup and functional configuration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system dependencies and design the structure/hierarchy of our HRIS.
- Maximize our utilization and investment in Workday by defining business processes, leading end-to-end design, and configuring the Workday Finance solution.
- Work with internal stakeholders to transfer knowledge and resolve issues.
- Partner with the Finance and HR Team to develop and deliver information, analytics dashboards, and reports for business leaders.
- Provide regular enterprise reporting and flag any roadblocks or issues for resolution.
- Provide guidance on Finance integrations.
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday with external applications.
- Oversee development of test scenarios and scripts as needed.
- Track effectiveness of change plans.
- Coordinate and conduct training for end users.
- Complete post-implementation analysis and refinements.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 3 to 5 years previous experience implementing Financials systems.
- Experience with system migration and enhancements in Workday, preferably within a multi-divisional organization.
- Experience developing and managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Sound knowledge of best practices around Finance processes and Finance reporting and analysis background.
- Workday certifications are considered an asset.
- Ability to analyze rigorous processes and provide creative solutions.
- Pro-active and works independently to keep project and stakeholders on track.
- Proven ability to develop and execute on strategy.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to manage and deal with ambiguity effectively.
