We're looking for a Business Sustainability Analyst to join our People, Culture & Communications team, reporting into the Head of Sustainability. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, analysing, and reporting sustainability data to inform investment decisions and company strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining sustainability reporting frameworks and dashboards.
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support ESG investment strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability data into financial models.
  • Contributing to the development of sustainability policies and practices.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritise sustainability-related business requirements.
  • Developing and implementing sustainability initiatives that align with business objectives and ESG criteria.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of sustainability projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Working closely with the Sustainability Manager to prepare and present reports to stakeholders, ELT and Board.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a business analyst, with a proven track record in sustainability projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
  • Strong data analysis and quantitative skills, with expertise in data manipulation, interpretation/analysis, and visualisation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage with various levels of employees across BU's.
