IT Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill a Desktop Support Specialist role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting system and network problems, and maintaining hardware equipment. They will also be responsible for remotely supporting retail stores across Australia.

This is an on-site position located in Sydney's Northern Beaches, and ideal for someone who can work well with a friendly and supportive team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing desktop support for Windows 10 Pro and OSX devices
  • Maintaining various hardware equipment, including desktops, laptops, mobile/tablets, and POS hardware
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
  • Some Windows Server 2008/2012 support and maintenance
  • Hands-on Active Directory

This is a fixed-term contract for 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of IT concepts.
