About this Role:

This position is designed to play a pivotal part in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Responsibilities include executing targeted campaigns, supporting lifecycle strategies, and enhancing the loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels using Emarsys or similar platforms
  • Setup and support automated lifecycle journeys and customer segmentation strategies
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure timely asset delivery
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain dashboards and campaign reports, translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Assist in loyalty program communications, promotions, and member engagement tracking

This role will work closely with eCommerce, Brand, and Customer Service teams to align CRM efforts with broader business objectives.

Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing
  • Proficient in Emarsys or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in building emails and setting up automation workflows
  • A strong grasp of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes initiative, works autonomously, and communicates effectively across teams

Bonus points for candidates with experience in fashion eCommerce, A/B testing tools, or loyalty programs.
