Nurse Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to join our team on a Full-Time basis. As a key member of our clinical education team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high levels of patient care and promoting excellence in nursing practice.
Responsibilities- Partner with Nursing Leaders and Clinical Support Functions to identify educational needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Lead and foster a learning environment that supports the development of nursing staff.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and prioritise patient safety and quality frameworks.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
- Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRAC.
- Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE).
- Thorough knowledge of ACORN standards and current legislation.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms.
- Knowledge of adult learning practices and contemporary education practices.
- Flexibility to work across multiple hospitals within our network.
- Continuous professional development, education, and support provided to encourage growth.
