We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of administrative tasks, ensuring that systems and personnel are operating effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general office administration, including development and evaluation of office operations.
- Distribute office space, equipment, and staff resources efficiently.
- Delegate tasks to team members and oversee their work to ensure effective performance.
- Communicate with professionals and stakeholders to support smooth office operations and resolve any issues.
- Oversee the maintenance and availability of office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Verify that all procedures and tasks align with current legislation, company policies, and government requirements.
- Handle HR functions, including recruitment, staff appraisals, training, payroll processing, promotions, and employee supervision.
Skill Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar roles.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, and determination to achieve them.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Work well under pressure and as part of a team.
