Job Title: Data Driven Service Expert

Are you a skilled professional looking to leverage your technical expertise to drive business results in the field of service management? We are seeking a seasoned Service Management Analyst to join our dynamic team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a data centric solution developer with a passion for ITIL processes and functions. As a key member of our Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering statistical insights and meaningful data visualizations that inform strategic decisions and improve service quality
  • Collaborating with technology teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews to identify areas for process enhancement and improvement
  • Developing and maintaining configuration management databases to support efficient service delivery

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in IT Service Management
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain data-centric solutions using Power BI, PowerApps, Python, SQL, or other relevant tools
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices, particularly in the area of service management
  • Experience working with trend analysis, metric design, and monitoring, as well as cross-group project experiences
