This is a full-time opportunity that involves a range of administrative and customer service duties, including reception, accounts payable and receivable processing, and assisting with client services and tours.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with rostering for all team members in the Care Community
- Process accounts payable and receivable, manage petty cash, and handle invoicing
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to general enquiries, and assist with client services and tours
- Perform reception and other administrative duties as required
