Project Financial Manager

Martinus Rail seeks a seasoned Project Financial Manager to oversee project cost management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Create and maintain accurate project budgets in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Analyse financial data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Work closely with project managers to evaluate change requests and update budgets accordingly.
  • Track and review project costs, including expenditures, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to provide regular updates on project financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting software, and enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting techniques, and cost management practices.
  • Additional Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or professional certification.
  • Prior experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
