About the role

We seek a highly experienced and driven Team Leader to join our Service Department, overseeing day-to-day operations including scheduling, task allocation, and performance management. This full-time role will see you providing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Controllers
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members
  • Monitor and analyze team and individual performance metrics
  • Escalate and resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader who drives results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a customer service leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
