Role Overview

As an AAMI Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and identifying insurance products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work from our Narre Warren office and from the comfort of your own home, providing a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving a high volume of calls regarding AAMI insurance products, you will deliver a seamless customer experience and identify the appropriate insurance policies to meet customer requirements.
  • Achieve customer sales and service targets set for car and home insurance.

Training Period

If successful, we are offering 7 weeks full time, paid training (Monday – Friday from 8.30am until 4.30pm), commencing on the Wednesday 31st July. This training will be held onsite at our Narre Warren office.

Work from Home Requirements

As this role will be a combination of compulsory onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly. To successfully work from home, you will require the following.
  • Home phone line or VOIP connection.
  • Internet connection.
  • You will be provided with a company issued Laptop which can plug into the facilities in the office, or to use when working from home.
  • For work from home purposes, you will also need a keyboard, mouse and computer screen at home, combined with the required cables and/or dock to connect to the laptop.
  • Ergonomic set up with desk and chair in a quiet, private space.
