The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As an Investment Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with experienced client-facing consultants and analysts to provide high-quality investment advice and implementation to institutional clients.

You will develop technical knowledge of investment across asset classes, WTW investment processes, other house views and best practices through on-the-job learning, internal and external training and access to further study and mentoring.

You will engage and establish professional relationships with various industry participants, including Boards, Investment Committees, fund executives and investment managers.

You will build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of providing high-quality investment advice and implementation
  • Familiarity with WTW investment processes and other house views
