Accounts Payable Professional

We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team and take ownership of AP operations across multiple regions and currencies.
About the Role:
- This is a senior-level position that requires at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a proven track record of reducing processing time through automation, smart systems use, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the AP mailbox; ensure timely capture and workflow routing of vendor invoices.
- Process and code inventory and non-inventory invoices in our ERP system, including PO and GRN matching.
- Run and reconcile weekly payment batches, both domestic and international.
- Lead monthly vendor reconciliations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and procurement teams on freight, 3PL, and landed cost invoices.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual touchpoints and cut AP cycle time.
- Prepare AP-related journals and accruals for month-end close.
- Support intercompany reconciliations and recharges.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls across AP workflows.
About You:
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) roles.
