We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Officer.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to process day-to-day payment processes and expense management across the business. This includes accurately and efficiently processing a high volume of supplier invoices, matching invoices with purchase orders, reconciling supplier statements, and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.

In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing supplier payments on a weekly basis, liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment status, discrepancies, and queries, and preparing and maintaining accounts payable reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable principles.
