As a Senior Associate in our Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on complex employment law matters, navigate industry updates and best practices, and develop tailored prevention packages for bullying and harassment.

The role requires a strong understanding of employment law, including drafting enterprise agreements, understanding the rights of employers, and navigating unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. You will also need to demonstrate expertise in awards and national employment standards, as well as strong litigation and research skills.

We are seeking a Senior Associate with at least 8+ years' PQE, who has defendant experience within a well-regarded practice and can build effective working relationships with clients. A demonstrated client following or ability to build new client relationships is an advantage.
