Senior Operations Manager

The principal tasks of the role include:

  • Fostering a high-performance culture through professional development, performance management, and by role-modelling values such as strong customer service focus across internal teams and contractors.
  • Leading and promoting a robust safety culture among employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and engineering standards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that meet sustainability targets for the asset.
  • Overseeing OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, including identifying maintenance costs and capital works initiatives.
