Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for shaping the commercial and operational success of high-profile BESS projects.

In this position, you will have autonomy to develop and implement an Operational Readiness Framework, ensuring seamless handovers between departments.

Your leadership will enable smooth handovers, effective management of pre-operations timelines, and alignment with stakeholders.

You will oversee operational agreements, budgets, and compliance requirements, as well as lead onboarding of new sites into key systems and update operational documentation.

This role requires a strong leader who can build, coach, and align the asset management team across core workstreams.

The Asset Management Leader will maintain the Operational Risk Register and ensure accurate risk documentation, lead contract lifecycle management for operational services, and ensure regulatory compliance and reporting.

This position involves preparing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an Operational Readiness Framework
  • Manage pre-operations timelines and stakeholder alignment

Requirements:

  • Operational Readiness & Project Integration: Lead operational readiness activities for new assets and systems
  • Financial Oversight & Budgeting: Prepare and review operational budgets and forecasts
  • Contract Administration & Negotiation: Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out
  • Asset Management Systems Expertise: Implement and maintain enterprise asset management systems
