Job Summary:

As a skilled Freight Forwarder, Export, you will be responsible for managing the full export workflow from customer service to shipment departure. You will collaborate with a team of Export specialists to deliver accurate and high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage export documentation, bookings with international and domestic carriers, and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve export-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding (air and sea).
  • Proficiency in CargoWise One and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
