Job Description

Your New Role

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating export logistics, managing the end-to-end process of export container shipping, facilitating customs documentation, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage all export requirements, ensuring deadlines are met, including EDN and PRA lodgements.
  • Coordinate cargo movements and collaborate with internal teams to meet export demands.
  • Liaise with yard managers to ensure compliance with all export requirements.
  • Take full ownership of the export process to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
  • Maintain accurate records and up-to-date information on the Export Board spreadsheet.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong coordination skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and work independently, excellent time management, planning, and organisational abilities, solid literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills, self-motivation with a positive attitude, integrity, and resourcefulness, outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
