Project Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Sharonbennie. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling off-the-plan apartments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming buyer enquiries and provide key information on units, features, and structure of the building
- Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building
- Provide key information on units, features, and structure of the building
- Educating buyers regarding the projects, property investment, and providing general property market commentary
- Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement
- Assist in the management of / and providing guidance to a Host / Assistant
- Close collaboration with the Marketing team as required for the project to achieve Sales objectives.
- Demonstrated success in selling off-the-plan apartments
- Patient, relatable, helpful, and consultative
- Real Estate Certificate / License
- Extremely well presented and a strong communicator
- Able to work Saturdays & Sundays
