About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Sharonbennie. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling off-the-plan apartments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming buyer enquiries and provide key information on units, features, and structure of the building
  • Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building
  • Provide key information on units, features, and structure of the building
  • Educating buyers regarding the projects, property investment, and providing general property market commentary
  • Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement
  • Assist in the management of / and providing guidance to a Host / Assistant
  • Close collaboration with the Marketing team as required for the project to achieve Sales objectives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in selling off-the-plan apartments
  • Patient, relatable, helpful, and consultative
  • Real Estate Certificate / License
  • Extremely well presented and a strong communicator
  • Able to work Saturdays & Sundays
