Main Responsibilities- Drive extensive experience in business relationship management within global professional services, with strong IT support and integration knowledge.
- Lead technical experts or teams (5-20+), skilled in IT service management and complex problem-solving.
- Provide strategic advice, set annual priorities aligned with business goals, and drive large projects.
- Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and influential communication to support long-term objectives across business units.
- Develop and implement consistent governance and demand management strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritise technology initiatives that drive business value.
- Nurture partnerships that drive mutual success between Tech Hub's and business units.
- Contribute to effective risk management by promoting the adoption of the Tech Risk Governance framework across stakeholders.
- Align IT services with digital strategy and manage demand for IT services in line with it.
- Understand business strategies and objectives, identifying opportunities to optimise technology solutions.
- BREAK DOWN BARRIERS BETWEEN IT AND BUSINESS UNITS to enable fast, efficient, and secure operations.
- Ensure aligned communication of Tech Hub initiatives to the business, delivering clarity and coherence in all interactions.
