We are seeking a highly skilled leader to join our team as a Retail Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
  • A seasoned retail manager with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • An individual with a genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and beauty.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to form strong connections with customers and team members.
  • A commercially-minded leader who is results-focused and able to meet business objectives.
  • Experience working within EBA & GRIA frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
