The Head to Health Kids Hub provides comprehensive care for children under 12 who require secondary mental health support.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Aboriginal person to fill this key position in our team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with professionals to deliver high-quality care and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized referral pathways for neurodiverse individuals.
- Lead projects to enhance knowledge, skills, and confidence of professionals working with Aboriginal youth.
- Work closely with families and communities to ensure effective collaboration and support.
- You are a proud Aboriginal person with degree qualifications in your area of specialty.
- You maintain all necessary professional registrations required to practice.
- You have relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years of experience working in your specified area.
