We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Services Officer.

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey into residential aged care.

About the Role
  • As the first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will provide assistance and guidance to help them navigate the process.

You will be a key part of our team, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and responsive customer service to families, residents, and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with paperwork and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Showcase our home to future residents and their families, highlighting the benefits and features of our facility.
  • Conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Aged Care, including fees and funding options, to provide informed advice and support.
