Technical Support Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in providing technical support services to schools and private enterprise corporate business.

This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals with a passion for education and technology to contribute their skills and experience to a dynamic and growing organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support, including experience with ICT infrastructure, server environments, and network administration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across various schools and organizations;
  • Administer and support school networks and server environments;
  • Provide technical support services in large, technology-driven learning environments;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical professional development when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hyper-V virtualisation administration;
  • Administration of Windows and Linux-based servers;
  • Cloud service administration (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365);
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployment and administration;
  • Advanced enterprise networking (Cisco & HP switching);
  • Cisco wireless technologies (controllers, APs);
  • SOE and image deployment, with advanced troubleshooting skills;
  • Experience supporting large fleets of desktops and notebooks;
  • Experience with 1 : 1 and BYOD device planning, deployment, and management;
  • Strong technical documentation skills.
