We are seeking an experienced ICT professional to lead the delivery of our local ICT environment, supporting the effective delivery of youth mental health services in Melbourne.

This hands-on role will oversee ICT operations, managing critical systems and infrastructure to ensure service continuity and effective clinical care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ICT operations across our organisation by maintaining critical systems and infrastructure, ensuring service continuity and effective clinical care delivery.
  • Coordinate resolution of ICT service issues by acting as the primary escalation point and collaborating closely with vendors.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear communication, and effective service delivery.
  • Support post-go-live configuration and continuous improvement of clinical and operational systems, ensuring alignment with youth mental health workflows and compliance standards.
  • Ensure ICT compliance by overseeing access controls, security protocols, and adherence to data privacy and governance regulations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by helping develop our digital roadmap and driving innovation through system upgrades and digital capability assessments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing ICT operations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of cloud-based technologies and cybersecurity best practices.
