About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Club Membership Operations Coordinator to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Ryde. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless membership operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Club Membership Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of membership administration, including retention and recruitment. You will work closely with our Sales Team to drive membership growth and collaborate with our Reception/Member Concierge Team to ensure that our members receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Membership Retention and Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of membership payments, communicate with members regarding payment plans, and identify opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling.
  • Membership Recruitment: Work closely with our Sales Team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Reception/Member Concierge Team Management: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the team to ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Debt Collection and Member Experience: Collaborate with our Debt Recovery Team to resolve any debt issues and work with our Sales Team to enhance member experiences through personalized interactions.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to member inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing solutions-oriented support.
  • Negotiation and Objection Handling: Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Reception/Member Concierge Teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple priorities and tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Promote the Next Gen brand values, mission, and vision by embodying them in daily interactions and decisions.
